In any given path through life, the person faces periods of transition or periods of crisis that are usually fraught with ambiguity and doubt. These stem from the need and/or desire to acknowledge a meaningful purpose, to select a relevant direction, to function in relation to a consequent timeline, to choose or create a suitable method, to implement it effectively and to be able to alter it as required, to best serve the purpose initially acknowledged. Counselling offers support and guidance throughout these stages by assisting people in improving their alignment with their inner environment and their integration with their external environment. It is recommended in cycles of weekly sessions to identify and workout deep seated or challenging issues and support major changes. It is not offered as a standalone session.
